The bonnet shapes are extremely accurate, and are carefully moulded to recreate the original items. If you would like advice about which bonnet is suitable for a particular date, or have an image you would like to recreate, please contact me on serena@dressing-history.co.uk. We now stock two ranges of Bonnets, the Standard Range and the Premium Range. Click on their names to download a PDF copy of each leaflet. To learn more about our Standard Range, then read on.

Currently we stock six main styles of Standard Range hat. These are the cottage bonnet, the poke bonnet, the spoon bonnet, the 1860s bonnet, the straw blank or tricorn and the C18th Bergere. These are available as blank forms to make up yourself, or we can make them up ourselves to your own requirements.

If you would like your bonnet trimmed up for you, we are also able to offer this service. We can do anything from sewing on the ties for you, to copying a bonnet in a portrait. Prices start from £40.
