c.1895 Bates and Body
c.1895 gown of dark blue silk velvet with a label which reads 'Madam Bates and Body, Milliners and Dressmakers, Station Road, Harrow'. A blue silk satin ribbon has been box pleated to the hem of the skirt as a dust catcher.

c.1868 Brocade
Afternoon gown of black silk brocade with a small green and gold repeat foliage pattern. The dress has green and black silk satin trim, as well as black and cream lace. Fastens at centre front with hooks and holes. Wool braid dust catcher at hem.

1950s Summer Dress
1950s summer dress of light weight printed cotton. Buttons and front and has a zip at the side. Probably home made. Very pretty, light, airy dress. (Belt not included)

c.1850-65 Parasol
Mid C19th parasol of blue silk with turned wood folding handle. The metal spokes seen in this parasol were not used before c1851. However by the mid 1860s folding parasols had gone out of favour as the size of the parasol increased.

1940s Velvet Dress
1940s black light weight velvet dress with smocked waist and ruched sleeves. Lace trim to neck and sleeve edges.

1970s Dress
Bright red 1970s long cotton print dress. I believe that this dress has never been worn. A remarkably good example in excellent condition.

c.1905 Summer Dress
Pink and white stripe muslin dress with lace yoke, cuffs and collar applique. The dress has a 22" waist and a very tiny neck measurment. Pin tucks give shape to the front of the bodice.

c.1909 Day Dress
Pink muslin day dress form c.1909. Valenciennes lace at the cuffs and elsewhere. Lace panel at the front of the dress of bobbin guipure. Silk braid trim and tiny silk buttons with a black dotted pattern also adorn the dress.
